Our story

Adcoar Ltd started from a simple observation: the businesses and institutions we work with across East Africa — tour operators, SACCOs, schools, hospitals, retailers — were being underserved by generic, one-size-fits-all software built for markets that don't look like this one. So instead of adapting someone else's product to fit, we started building our own systems from the ground up, each one shaped by direct experience of the industry it serves.

We're based in Nairobi, and we stay close to the operators who actually use what we build — which means our roadmaps get shaped by real support tickets and real feature requests, not guesswork.

What we do

We design, build, and operate a family of production platforms, each purpose-built for one industry:

• Adcoar Tours — a multi-tenant workspace for safari and tour operators, covering rate imports, quotations, itineraries, and bookings.
• Adcoar Reach — an SMS, WhatsApp, and voice-broadcasting platform for organisations that need to reach people reliably at scale.
• SwiftEdge ERP — point-of-sale and back-office software for retailers, with M-Pesa built in from day one.

Every system is built to run a real business day to day, under real load, not just to impress in a demo.

How we work

We favour dependable engineering over flashy promises. That shows up in a few concrete ways: every tenant on our multi-tenant platforms gets an isolated database, not just a filtered view of a shared one. We build in-house rather than stitching together third-party no-code tools, because the businesses we serve depend on this software every working day and it has to hold up. And when something breaks, we'd rather fix the root cause than ship a workaround.
